My watch is really nice and good quality, but why does it take so long for extra links.

The watch was exactly as expected however the box in which it was presented left a lot to be desired. The watch and strap were delivered folded beneath the cushion and it was extremely difficult to display the watch ( a 40th. Birthday Gift ) in an attractive manner. Seems like a 'one box fits all' scenario !

the watch is great at a great price, but the bracelet is very small so we have had to request extra links so we are still waiting to complete.

This is an elegant looking watch which is easy to read and good quality as would be expected from this make Rotary. I wanted a small watch and this fits the bill perfectly.

A great looking watch, I have a very thin wrist and this looks perfect on it. Great service and delivery was excellent. Now to take it to Goldsmiths and have it made smaller!

I am so pleased with my beautiful watch which Ive just purchased from Watchshop. I have been looking at this watch for a while and decided to buy it from a local jewellers because I thought, mistakenly, that I would have peace of mind and ease of return should anything go wrong. I purchased the watch at full retail price and took it home to find that the watch didnt work. This meant a return visit to the the shop the next day to be told that the battery needed changing. I refused the offer of a change of battery as this would mean that they couldnt guarantee that the watch would be waterproof. They didnt have another watch in stock - the one I had bought had obviously been in the cabinet for a LONG time, so I requested a refund. I came home and ordered from Watchshop, My watch arrived 2 days later in perfect condition and I couldnt be happier! Should anything go wrong I am reassured that returns are simple and the icing on the cake is that I saved £44. I was even offered free adjustment of the bracelet but I like my watch to be loose so declined. Never again will I look for a watch in a jewellers, you really dont know how long they have been in stock. Thank you watchshop, I would recommend you to anyone.

Have bought this for my partner twice as the watch was so well liked. But this time the price was a great deal less. For the money a very good ladies watch.

I purchased this watch as a gift for my wife & she was totally thrilled by it. She liked the design as well as the fact the it was the right size & didnt have to be returned for alteration.

Fabulous classic style watch that does not date, bought as a replacement for the same model I had for 20 years which would still have been going today if I had fastened it properly so that it did not fall off under the wheel of a passing car!!!

Very happy with my purchase for my daughter, price, speed of delivery, ease of use of the website etc.
Just one problem no instructions included on how to get the watch strap adjusted, not a straight forward task with this I may find that it cant be done without additional cost.

I bought this watch as a gift for my mums 80th birthday. I was worried about the look of it, as I had only seen it in the picture online. I was very pleased when it arrived. It was even nicer than the picture. It was perfect for an elderly lady, traditional and timeless style.. The only negative was the size of the bracelet. It is quite small, so I have had to order extra links, which has been no problem. Unforunately I could not do that at the time as I didnt know her wrist size and it was a surprise gift.

I am pleased with the gold-plated Rotary ladies watch which was delivered promptly Unfortunately, although the wristband had been adjusted to my request, it is still too big, so I have to wait until my son can fix it
I had noticed from the picture that there is no seconds finger, but I dont suppose that will be a great handicap.

Love this watch. Got it as a Christmas gift from my husband last year. The fitting my wrist perfectly. Ive used it constantly day and night since. Do not even take it off when I go to bathe or swim. I swim almost every day after work, so water resistance is good. Water resistance was also tested in Finland last winter. I was in the sauna 80 degree twice with wristwatch on me. The first time sauna and winter swimming, the second time, a sauna with snow bath. Out both times was minus 20-25 degrees Celsius outside. The first time I forgot completely that I had wristwatch for me. From 80 degrees Celsius sauna to 0 degree water in seconds and then back into the hot sauna. The third time we went in the water, I noticed that the watch was on the wrist.
The first think was, wristwatch has not passed this. Looked at my wristwatch and wristwatch was ticking on and no moisture in it. I was very happy. Then I went for the third time in the water with wristwatch on. We swam all in all five times. When we had bathed finished, I took a beer with my husband. He then noticed to my watch on the wrist and questioning. You have your beautiful wrist watch on you, how has it passed this?
I said: very good, no moisture or something in it, even after 3 hours with the bath.
A few nights after we bathed again. That time I left wristwatch on your wrist. Sauna bathing and always sometimes diving in powder snow and roll around. Again for almost 3 hours.

Took dive certificate few years ago. Has this spring and summer diving near 15 times with wristwatch on. I dived down to about 15 meters on average, sometimes down to about 20 meters.
On the manufacturers site it says that you should not dive with these watches. But my wristwatch has passed it without any problems

This wristwatch has been very good. The watch has passed swimming and diving and has received many hard punches.

My watch is still like new.

Next week I go for a 3 week holiday to Egypt. Then it will be about 20 days of diving from morning to late evening. I will take the Advanced Open Water Diver certification there.
I had planned to dive with wristwatch even then. I will then dive down to 30 meters.

I purchased the watch to replace my old Rotary watch which I have been wearing for years and absolutely love.

I am pleased with the look of the watch, but it could do with one or two more links to make it fit more comfortably so will visit a local jeweller to see if they can help. The bracelet is a lot thinner than my trusty old one which is a bit disappointing as it doesnt feel such good quality or quite so robust.

Overall I am reasonably happy with the purchase as I only paid a sale price for it but would have returned it if bought for full price.

This is a great watch. Ive had one exactly like it before that got put through the washing machine, so this was a replacement. It is delicate and feminine and its a lovely shade of gold. It feels like something my gran would have worn when she was my age. The links are quite small on the strap so you can have it adjusted to fit really well.

Hi. Its a really nice and great ladys watch so small and not big for them. When you older some think for watch shop its so fast to get to you by the time that they say it will. Im on my 2nd watch off here and would buy from them again and again because they are really great. They have lots of nice watch to look at and pick from.

Very pleased with my watch. I like the daintyness and although the dial is relatively small it is easy to tell the time despite my ageing eyesight!
As I was buying it for myself I didnt want to pay a lot but feel that I definitely got value for money.

It is a present for my wife. She has had exactly the same watch for the past ten years or so. We had noticed that after daily wear over the ten years that the gold plating on the bracelet in particular was looking a little worn, hence the new one. The style of the watch is classical ladies. The time is very easy to read. The previous watch only ever required a new battery every couple of years. Overall a very good watch.

Excellent product. The colour/quality of the item is very good. I had to remove a few links as the watch was slightly big, but other than that I cant fault it.

I ought this watch asa gift. what attracted me was the size of the item the manufacturers reputation and style. I found the watch was just what I was looking for. The style is elegant. The only issue is the braclet catch which seems to be a little difficult to release.

The watch is an identical watch to one that I had for seventeen years. I liked it then as much as I like the new one now. I was very upset when I lost the original and was delighted to see I was able to get a true replacement. I think it is elegant and I love the fact that people think that it is gold. I really am very,very happy with it.
